Please make your reservations as soon as possible. Bounce House units are very poplar and sometime we are booked up weeks and even months in advance.

You will need to provide a level area of about 17 x 17 with an overhead clearance of 17 feet for our units. Our units can be set up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, and even indoor gymnasiums. Please specify which surface the bounce house will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors

Yes. Call us for pricing. Many parks do require a permit. We will have to use a generator as not all park locations have electricity. Generators must be rented separately. House of Bounce does not have generators but will be happy take care of all rental arrangements.


Yes. We deliver and set up all bounce house units and insure that they are clean before your party starts. We also insure that the units are in good working condition as we test the units for safety after set up.


You decide on the specific rental time and we'll be there anywhere from 1 to 2 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up time. Rentals are for jumping time only. We pick-up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick-up. If an exact pick-up time is crucial, just let us know.


Delivery is free in most cities within Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Delivery charge will apply outside of Glenwood Springs.  Please call for more details..

All units must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.


Absolutely! As long as all the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.


We rent by the day which is up to 8 hours. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special circumstances you might have, as we are very flexible.


The same driver will come and break down the bounce house unit and the break down time is 30 - 1hour.  Please do not release the unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the original driver.


It takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour to set up the unit and review the safety guidelines with you.


A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment.


House of Bounce reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 25 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call you on the morning of your party to confirm your reservation in which at that time you have the option of canceling your order. Shall you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.


Payment is due in full at time of reservation. We cannot guarantee your booking until funds are received and rental agreement is signed and returned. We accept cash and check.

We require a 48 hour cancellation in order for us to re-rent the unit. If a last minute cancellation is made, your deposit will not be refunded.
